 53.3 The markings on a tag shall be printed in contrasting colors on a background other than blue or   shall be located on the projecting flag of a flag-type tag and shall be letters on a high contrast   background such as black letters on a white background. Color combinations shall not be black on red, black on green, yellow on green, yellow on blue, or the reverse of any of these combinations. 

（标签上的标记应位于标记型标签的突出标记上,并且应为高对比度背景上的字母,例如白底黑字。颜色组合不得为红色+黑色,绿色+黑色,绿色+黄色,蓝色+黄色。）
